Authentic Masala Chai Recipe

Masala Chai, India’s favorite tea, gets its irresistible flavor from a blend of bold spices. This recipe uses the expertly crafted Aadinath Chai Masala, giving your chai the perfect balance of warmth, spice, and aroma—every single time!

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk (full-fat preferred)
  • 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves (or tea dust)
  • ½ to 1 tsp Aadinath Chai Masala (adjust to your taste)
  • Sugar or Jaggery – to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Boil Water and Tea

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 teaspoons of black tea leaves and boil for 1–2 minutes.

2. Add Aadinath Chai Masala

Add ½ to 1 tsp of Aadinath Chai Masala. Let it simmer for another 1–2 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

3. Add Milk and Sweetener

Pour in 1 cup of milk. Add sugar or jaggery to taste. Simmer the chai for 2–3 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to deepen.

4. Strain and Serve

Strain the masala chai into cups and enjoy piping hot!
