Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Aadinath Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Aadinath Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Aadinath Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Aadinath Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Aadinath Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Spices:
    Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add bay leaf and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  2. Cook the Base:
    Add tomato puree and cook on medium heat for 6–8 minutes until oil starts to separate. Add Aadinath Red Chili Powder, Aadinath Turmeric Powder, Aadinath Coriander Powder, Aadinath Cumin Powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add Paneer & Finish:
    Add paneer cubes and stir gently to coat. Add Aadinath Garam Masala, dried fenugreek leaves, and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish & Serve:
    Garnish with fresh coriander and a drizzle of cream. Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
